I know many things in life

I know many things in life

I know family, I know friends

I know their fashion,I know their trends

I know cars, I know trains

I know boats, I know planes

I know countries, I know cities

I know oceans, I know seas

I have met people who live far away,

I have met people who are sick or who are okay

I have met good friends many times

We keep in touch while big ben chimes

I have met friends and cousins

Now i have more than dozens

I’m familiar with  capitals, I’m familiar with seas

I’m familiar with places where you pay high fees

I’m familiar with cities, I’m familiar with lands

I’m familiar with operas, I’m familiar with bands

I’m familiar with oceans, I’m familiar with mountains

I’m familiar with volcanoes, I’m familiar with fountains

I know there is much more to know and  

there are many more friends to make 

and surely I will know more tomorrow than I do today

Ishaan's pre-Easter Events

Here are some photos from Ishaan's Gospel concert and Easter play. He ventured to do solo singing which was a kind of surprise to us.

He performed the role of narrator in the Easter play and was widely acclaimed. He could barely keep his head above the lectern.

On 12th October , we went for  a picnic to Cliveden about 30 miles from London .

Summer 08 - India

On 9th अगस्त we got to Jaipur after a long day which seemed to never end .... Long flight to Delhi via Vienna and then gupshup with Jaya, Sanjay and Armaan .... A big thank you to all of them for staying up with us all night.
Jaipur was great - Friends and family were just great and couldn't do enough for us and ofcourse shopping was high on agenda. Delhi , Noida and Meerut were equally good.

Trip to Paris

On the 1st of August , we all went to Paris to celebrate Ma's 40th Birthday ........ We went up the Eiffel Tower, cruised n the river Seine and went to the Lido show , where I slept as soon as we got there. We also tried a lot of French food and saw the Parisian way of life . In all had a fun weekend.

बहुत मज़ा आया !

Trip to North Wales

On 12th April , we drove down to North wales , about 230 miles north of London . It was a very relaxing break and we explored the area at leisure. We joined the National Trust and visited a few of the properties in the area. The Penrhyn Castle and Bodnant gardens were 2 of the most enjoyable visits. The RCI resort was very comfortable with an indoor pool and a fine restaurant. Enjoyed the Carvery and the curry nights there. Also explored the snow capped Snowdonia mountains. My 9th birthday

My 9th birthday was one of my best birthdays yet.
It was a football party so it would have been great because it is my favourite sport.I was top goal scorer for the party.My team was Adam,James.f,Eoin and Alessandro.My team won every match,one was on penalties and the other two by playing the match.I had a chocolate cake and I got a medal and a picture at the end of the party.the presents I got were walkie talkies,the bionicle collection,a couple of t-shirts and some money and games.
Then on 27 th I went bowling with my mum and dad and then we went to Chimi Changa,a Mexican restaurant. If you wish to see some photos click here.
